Act It Out
Acting Exercises to Help You Heal

When actors are in training, they use acting exercises to help them access their emotions and show them through their characters. Psychotherapist, and former actress, Stefanie Stolinsky has found that these exercises helped her clients heal from childhood trauma.

This book provides a series of 25 acting exercises, with links to live video showing actors demonstrating the techniques.

“Written with compassion and respect, Act It Out, invites the reader to privately begin to release old sensations that feed feelings of shame and self-doubt. For many, this book will open new doors to the possibility of beginning the journey to create the satisfying lifestyle they deserve.”
